The experience did not fully align with my expectations for a five-star hotel. the room size felt notably small. I expect more space in such a hotel. i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms, impacting privacy. the breakfast staff seemed inattentive. It took an excessive amount of time to order coffee.

small room rough towels
The room was smaller than I anticipated. I could hear noises from other rooms quite easily, rather annoying. The shower caps were surprisingly not waterproof (who knew that was even possible?), and the towels felt a bit rough.

Charming Stay, A Good Surprise
attentive staff perfect sleep easy access
The staff felt very attentive. I found that they greeted me with smiles. The bedroom was really dark during the night. It was perfect for sleeping, I loved that. The location had easy access to sites.
My room size seemed a small to me.

stellar service and prime location
fantastic room amazing staff nice stay good atmosphere
i stayed here for several nights. the room size was fantastic. it was clean, comfortable, and had lots of little details. the staff was really amazing. the space, staff, atmosphere and meals really was good.
the hotel advertises itself as a five star but i think this is not quite true. the quality, although good, could be better to fully meet five-star standards.

the breakfast buffet included good options of asian and western food. afternoon tea with cakes and fruit was also available, a really lovely extra touch for all guests staying at the hotel.

the hotel is in the city center. this location makes it very convenient for getting around, especially to main attractions. i found many restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance.
